RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied, but please note:

Custom Orders, Brazilian, Offset,
and Specialty Blocks are NOT returnable.

COD will NOT be accepted under any circumstance!

All products may be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days from shipment as long as they are in original, UN-USED condition.  Shipping and handling is not refundable. Customers must call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping the merchandise and the RMA must be prominently displayed on the shipping box along with a return address. Tom Scrivner Bull Ropes reserves the right to refuse delivery of returns not meeting these conditions.
